Course Access Help

To access Academic Coach courses which use Teams and Sharepoint you will require a Microsoft Account.

If the email you provide us with to sign on to the course is not Microsoft, this is not an issue but you must follow the relevant instructions on the infographic below.

Additional Troubleshooting Recommendations:

• Chrome is the recommended browser to use
• Downloading the Teams app rather than using the desktop version is recommended.
• Please make sure you have adequate WIFI signal
• Once you have access to your Sharepoint page – bookmark this tab to your browser so you can access easily next time!

The Teams page is to be used for important messages. The Sharepoint page is where you will find lesson resources, your calendar of meeting links for live lessons and important course links.
